I messed up help? (read?)?

ok well there is a girl and she was my gf for 3 months we known each other for a year and we were really into eachother and she moved and we did long distance for a month anyways my friend said that i nvr wanted to see her and she was ruining my life (it was true at one point now its not) so now she just left me she wont ever talk to my or anything. i mean we had out first kiss together we gave each other necklases first i love u in person... and we just had soo many memories btw were only 13 what should i do im just down and i want her bak :(
