If the world’s starving and impoverished people are fed, then they will just breed more, won’t they?

Imagine if the rich nations of the world did ship food and medicine by the container load to every village of starving Africans, Indians, Bangladesh slum dweller etc, what kind of effect would it have on their community? Would all this abundance of food and good health trigger a breeding frenzy in their communities? Then there would be more mouths to feed and more bodies to care for, then the burden on the rich nations would just keep climbing and climbing until the rich nations aren’t rich anymore; the whole world will be one big slum of starving villagers who only know how to breed and then expect other people to care for their children. Is this a likely scenario?
