V8 305 stick shift gear transitions?

i have a camaro with the engine/trans. descried above. about how many rpms should i push it to before shifting up? i also bought it with a performance chip(not sure what kind) so im not sure how that would affect when i should shift. i just want normal shifting, not gas saving shifting and not burnout shifting. just where it is supposed to be.
