My 2005 Scion TC makes grinding liquid sounds when i brake.?

I have only had the car for about a month and 6 days, but when i brake it makes this noise. At first i was scared because i thought my brakes were bad already, but i took the car to my repair shop i always go to and they said the brakes are in great condition but it seems the dealership forgot to put on some adhesive on the brakes to cut down on the dust. I was wondering if anyone else has had so much brake dust it makes that sound and if i get this stuff on my brakes will it work out or do i need to replace something?
