In which university it is easy to get admission in MS in Electronic/Electrical engineering?

For foreigners, is their any university where i can get admission in Master in Electrical/Electronic engineering easily. Because, I have low grades in my bachelors. Which university is cheaper and also good? Where I can get a job as lecturer after MS in that university????
