Do I qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)? Been with british girlfriend for over 7 years?

We've been together for 6 years when I still had my student visa and the last 1 year while I visited her on my visitor visa. I spend most of my time here in UK with her even during the last year when I stayed with her on a visitor visa. Would this still qualify me for an ILR? I can't really prepare doents to prove that we live together (other than her confession and pport) because of ethnic reasons, both our parents are unaware of our relationship and I don't intend to maintain a long distance relationship abroad and an ILR would most certainly bridge the gap between us. I've been in this country as a student for 9 years + 1 year as a visitor and I am capable of supporting as well as accommodating myself and I've spent almost all of my time in the UK. Please help..
