Does organic and pure roasted coco beans,ground and ready to serve stay solid at room temp. before boiling it?

I want to know if natural,organic home roasted and ground then formed chocolate bars with no additives retain their shape at room temperature? I buy from a friend and I'm wondering why the chocolate bars don't melt at room temperature. Maybe she adds vegetable lard to it? We live in the Philippines and it is warm to hot here and yet the chocolate bars stay solid.
