Has anyone been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg/Water Country USA?

My 3 yr old and I will be going on a Monday, the beginning of Aug., as soon as they open, so I'm hoping it won't be too crowded. Any advice or tips or warnings I should be aware of? Any must see attractions/rides that are suitable for small children (nothing scary)? This would be my first time. Thanks in advance.
