I've recently lost thirty pounds in less than a month, can someone help me get back on track?
hopefully you did not starve yourself, but if so then your metabolism is going to be alot slower, which may be why you are not as hungry, and you will also be weaker then before you dieted. if you start weight training more your metabolism will become faster, therefore become more hungry, self esteem will come along with getting stronger. diet- you should eat a diecent amount if you work out, eating 6 small meals per day is good for causing your metabolism to get faster, do not starve yourself even if you put back on a few pounds, dont worry about weight only how you look in the mirror, eat plenty of fruit and protein, eggs and oatmel is good, i like eating oatmeal mixed with vanila protein powder, eat vegetables and meat, and it does not hurt to eat some fat, it is actually good for your body, but monosaturated and polysaturated fats are the best type and can actually help you burn fat, fish oil pills do to. exercise- it would be good to jog in the morning after you wake up if you begin to feel like your gaining weight back, but no more then 45 min of jogging or working out and you have to eat immediately after exercise or you will loose muscle, work out whatever time you want but preferably not before sleep cause it makes it hard to sleep, but just work out however you want there are many ways to but dont over do it, it can make you loose muscle, for each muscle 8-20 reps per set and 3-4 sets, if you only do 8 reps per set then put enough weight to make it difficult, if you do 20 reps then put some less weight so it gets difficult arount the 15th rep or so, and make sure you give each muscle 2-3 days to rest before you stress them out again, try to focus on one musle area each day so that you end up working out your whole body within 4 days to a week. for motivation you can spend money on a gym membership or buy some preotein powder or some sort of supplements, but do some research before you spend money on supplements cause some of them are crap. if you want more information on somethin just email me, and you should look into a supplement called endothil, its made by a company called novex biotech, it is byfar the best supplement i have spent money on
