Irritable with Hubby at 18 weeks?

Hi there, I am about 18 weeks pregnant. After about the first month, until now, I think my mood has been pretty level and good. The past couple of days I have been sooo irritable. Everything my husband does is getting to me...he doesn't listen. I just want him to try...try to be sweet, try to turn me on instead of just hinting at , like, listen to me, instead of pretending to and then having no idea what I was just saying. Just try, put forth some effort. Anyways, now I am just irritated and moody and feel like I just need to get away, and have a day for myself....I mean, I don't know if I am being the nasty one, or if he really is being stupid, or if this is all hormonal. Now he is getting mad at me for becoming short, or on edge. I feel like I can't help it. What can I do? I mean, he is generally very caring and nice, its not like he is some big jerk who doesn't care about me, or is being mean or anything. Have you dealt with this before, and how did you deal with it without getting into a pointless fight with hubby? How can I get me mood to stabilize a bit? Thanks
