My Period SKipped On Yasmin Birth Control Pill( Pregnant???)?

How it is I had Brown Spotting Like I was Gonna Start My period 2 days befor the sugar pills and than it finally went away the same day a couple of days later i had Very stringy Mucus with Old blood spots in it but still no period and since on yasmine it was my last Month On the pill and only have an appoinment with my OBGYN in a month for a new prescription......But Also I've Been Really Excited For SOmething For the past couple of weeks... and last time i had with my fiancee was a day after my last period.. And I'm 7 days late I Have menstrual cramps , back aches , Negative pregnancy test , and also the weather had been weird going from extremly cold to 0 in a matter of couple of days.... CAN I BE PREGNANT????? AND I HAVE NO TENDERNESS OR INGORGED
