Okk help does he like me??

oh so theres this guy and he always bothers me and like comes to my locker and talks to me everyday on msn and is always with me and every1 thought we were going out but we werent and now recently he is like paying more attention to my friend and ingnoring me but not all the time sooo does he still like me ? or did he even like me ? help! what can i do to get him to notice me and like me ! more
