Why do Muslim women sit by and watch their daughers, sisters, mothers?

will I'm a Muslim and all i can say is some Iranians ppl took Islam from the wrong aspect cuz ,if this freakin dad did it my home country ,he would be havin a life time in person or will be hanged for killin his daughter
