Help me science folks!! (Theoretical yield)?

Read to the end of the procedure and figure out what you will be measuring. The theoretical yeild is how much you would expect to get on that reading if it went perfectly. maybe how many calories you would get if you perfectly converted a cheezit cracker to ash? This should theoretically equal the calories on the package (but won't). you will probably be measuring temperature change of water which can be calculated from the info above, hopefully as discussed friday in cl. :-)
